I'm signing off a little early this year as we get ready to welcome our baby any day now!

Before stepping away, I'm happy to share a few highlights from this year's work through Capacity for Changemakers:

2026 Year in Review - Capacity for Changemakers

I share this with enormous gratitude. It's a privilege to support people and organizations working toward a more just, connected, and equitable world. I'm continually inspired by the people I get to work alongside and what we can make possible when we bring our abundant skills, perspectives, and capacities to the table.

As I share in the Year in Review,

"I’m incredibly humbled by the organizations and businesses I get to work with and the ways they’re making a difference in a world that deeply needs connection, justice, equity, and healing. At its heart, my work is about strengthening the capacity of these mission-driven partners by helping to bring ideas to life, build supportive infrastructure, and move social justice efforts forward. That can look like grant writing, communications, creative projects, or the behind-the-scenes systems and strategic support that help make it all happen."

I'll be taking the next few months to focus on our growing family and will return to Capacity for Changemakers on March 1, 2027. In the meantime, I hope this Year in Review offers a glimpse into the partnerships, projects, and possibilities that make this work so meaningful to me.
